Cancellation Policy
Corporate Group Cancellation Policy for Meetings CANCELLATION TERMS Cancellation of the complete contract must be in writing and is subject to the following charges: Notice Required Applicable Charge More than 90 days notice of cancellation - 25% of total contract value 60-90 days notice of cancellation - 50% of total contract value 30-59 days notice of cancellation - 90% of total contract value 0-29 days notice of cancellation - 100% of total contract value All deposit monies are non refundable. The Convenor agrees that Hockley Valley Resort may in its sole discretion cancel this contract by giving to Convenor oral or written notice of its decision to do so if Hockley Valley Resort in its sole discretion should consider the function might result in civil commotion, harassment of other patrons of Hockley Valley Resort or damage thereto and Hockley Valley Resort shall as soon as reasonably possible thereafter return to the Convenor any deposit paid to it without any further liability or obligation.
