Het Shreveport Convention Center heeft meer dan 350.000 vierkante meter vergaderruimte die kan worden aangepast aan de behoeften van elke groep. De vergaderruimte omvat de hoofdtentoonstellingsruimte van 95.000 vierkante meter zonder kolommen met een plafond van 30 voet dat in drie delen kan worden verdeeld. De Captain Shreve Ballroom op de tweede verdieping heeft een totaal van 18.000 vierkante meter met een plafond van 25 voet en is verdeeld in vier kamers, variërend van 2.500 vierkante meter tot 7.000 vierkante meter. Het biedt plaats aan groepen van maximaal 2.000 personen met zitplaatsen in theaterstijl en tot 1.500 voor banketten. De 10 vergaderzalen hebben elk ongeveer 1.600 vierkante meter met plafonds van 20 voet en bevinden zich op de tweede verdieping tegenover de balzaal. Bovendien bieden een grote vergaderruimte en twee kleine conferentieruimtes meer mogelijkheden voor de ruimte die het best bij uw behoeften past. De multifunctionele Red River Boardroom is gehuisvest in de unieke 'trommel' van de hoofdingang van het Shreveport Convention Center van steen en glas.
