Het Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows ligt op vijf prachtig aangelegde hectares en siert de horizon van de Stille Oceaan en belichaamt rust in het hart van Santa Monica. Met meer kamers met zeezicht dan enig ander hotel in de stad, bieden de 297 kamers drie verschillende accommodaties, waaronder 31 privébungalows en 62 luxe suites, waarvan vele met grote balkons. Al meer dan een eeuw lang een historisch bastion van gastvrijheid onthult een prachtig canvas van bijna 50.000 vierkante meter aan evenementenruimte binnen en buiten. Zeven zorgvuldig ontworpen vergaderruimten, variërend van 286 tot 7.400 vierkante meter, staan klaar om iconische evenementen te organiseren. De prachtige faciliteiten bieden meer dan 50.000 vierkante meter aan evenementenruimte en vergaderzalen voor groepen van 12 tot 900 personen. Een wandeling van slechts vier blokken leidt naar de wereldberoemde Santa Monica Pier, terwijl de historische vijgenboom van Moreton Bay, nu een officiële bezienswaardigheid, het middelpunt van het hotel is, goedgekeurd door de Santa Monica Landmark Commission. Met LAX op slechts 15 kilometer afstand, kan de locatie niet handiger zijn.
