a) Six days after signing the contract and up until 30 days before the event, it will be penalized with 50% of the total amount of the payments that have been already made. b) Less than 30 days before the event, there will not be any refund of the payments that have been already made.
Additional details
This Convention Center has two floors, which own 67,359.2 ft² total area (indoors and outdoors). It has 3 rooms which can be divided in 2-3 breakouts and 6 meeting rooms. Its capacity is up to 3,400 people, this convention center has air conditioned in every area as well as telephone, internet and electric energy facilities. It has escalators and an elevator which connect both floors and parking for 347 cars.
