De arcade op de eerste verdieping van het Crowne Plaza Nottingham is een ideale ruimte voor tentoonstellingen, drankjes voor het diner of een grote borrel. Valor Hospitality Partners werd opgericht in 2012. Onze visie is: Om erkend te worden als een toonaangevende kracht op het gebied van duurzaamheid in hotelmanagement. We zullen samenwerken met onze eigenaren om onze positieve impact op het milieu te maximaliseren en tegelijkertijd onze negatieve effecten tot een minimum te beperken. We zijn vastbesloten om te werken aan een Net Zero-doelstelling, waarbij we op verantwoorde wijze energie inkopen en verbruiken, waarbij we ons richten op de eliminatie van plastic voor eenmalig gebruik en het uitbannen van voedselverspilling op de stortplaats. We zullen samenwerken met onze toeleveringsketen om verantwoord in te kopen. We zullen onze hotelmedewerkers opleiden, betrekken en aanmoedigen op het gebied van milieu- en duurzaamheidskwesties en -praktijken, waarbij we ervoor zorgen dat onze impact veel verder reikt dan onze voetafdruk. We zullen een hoogwaardige cultuur handhaven waarin iedereen het gevoel heeft ergens bij te horen, die talent aantrekt, ontwikkelt en behoudt en een bekroonde plek blijft om te werken en te verblijven. We zullen een systeem hebben om ons succes te meten.
