EAST, Miami, in het Brickell City Centre, is een hotel met 352 kamers dat is ontworpen voor zakenreizigers en dat een perfect uitgebalanceerde aanpak biedt voor gasten die op zoek zijn naar een stressvrije, handige en eigentijdse omgeving. Als het tijd is om te werken, zijn EAST, de flexibele en veelzijdige evenementenruimtes van Miami geschikt voor elk type evenement. Vier werkplaatsen op de 6e verdieping met afmetingen variërend van 640 m² tot 840 m² zijn ideaal voor kleine vergaderingen en pauzeruimtes. Rise and Set bevindt zich op de 38e verdieping en heeft elk een oppervlakte van 1.800 m², met prefunctionele ruimtes en High Noon, een directiekamer van 400 m². Op de 39e verdieping bevindt zich The Crush, een balzaal van 3.400 m² met 270 graden uitzicht op de oceaan en de stad. Voor buitenevenementen kunnen The Shrubbery and Sugar gasten ontvangen voor elk feest in het prachtige weer in Miami. Alle evenementenruimtes van het hotel zijn voorzien van kamerhoge ramen, gratis WiFi, de nieuwste audiovisuele apparatuur en technische ondersteuning die nodig is om een succesvol evenement te organiseren. Swire Hotels heeft samengewerkt met het gerenommeerde Uruguayaanse restaurant Parador La Huella om EAST te creëren, het kenmerkende eetcafé van Miami, Quinto La Huella. Het restaurant bevindt zich op de vijfde verdieping en biedt een traditionele Uruguayaanse Parrilla-ervaring, zitplaatsen binnen en buiten en een sushibar. De bar en tuin op het dak op de 40e verdieping, die vanuit EAST, Hong Kong en Sugar naar het westen reist, is een plek om te ontspannen, te genieten van een cocktail en tapas in Aziatische stijl te delen met uitzicht op de skyline van Miami en de oceaan.
