TOTAL GROUP CANCELACION: In case the group requires canceling the entire group blocks (for any reason not arised from the Hotel) the following cancellation charges will apply. Cancellation Notice PERCENTAGE Since time of Contracting 25% 90-61 days before scheduled group arrival date 50% 60-31 days before scheduled group arrival date 75% 30 or less days before the scheduled group arrival date 100% “Client" reserves the right of cancellation without penalty if the group cannot meet because of significant physical changes in the hotel caused by new construction or extensive renovation, fire damage, change of ownership of "Hotel" or labor strikes. Any cancellation received 30 day before the scheduled group arrival date, will be considered as a no-show and be charged for the full stay. ROOM ATTRITION: Reduction Notice PERCENTAGE CHARGE 1.
