The Tredomen Gateway Centre, located on Tredomen Park is part funded from the European Union through the Welsh Government to provide high quality business accommodation suited to today's new technologies. The Tredomen Gateway was recently awarded the Welsh Building of the Year Award by CLAW for its innovative design and it comprises 1,494 sq. m. (16,081 sq. ft.) of high quality modular accommodation constructed to 3 storeys. Business units are available between 32 sq. m. and 130 sq. m.
