Het Plains Community Center stond bekend als Plains Hall. Het gebouw werd in 1926 gebouwd als danszaal en is sindsdien grondig gerenoveerd en uitgebreid om de gemeenschap een betere voorziening te bieden. Plains Community Center biedt een kleinere, meer intieme locatie dan de meeste buurthuizen in de omgeving. Er zijn twee zalen van gelijke grootte te huur. De grote zaal aan de voorkant van het centrum wordt aanbevolen voor dinerdansen en sociale evenementen, vanwege de zachtere omgeving. Voor dit doel is er plaats voor maximaal 75 personen voor een dinerdance en 90 personen voor een disco-evenement. We raden deze zaal aan voor sociale evenementen omdat er aan de achterkant een podium is.
