Cancellation Policy
Group Cancellation Policies are based on contract agreements and is different for each individual group. Cancellation for Individual Travelers must be received within 48 hours prior to your arrival at 4:00PM. Cancellation within that policy would result in a penalty charge of the first night's room and taxes. You are also responsible for any applicable package and/or add-on elements, which are non-refundable.
