Cancellation Policy
All reservations require payment in full at the time the reservation is made (less incidentals). The hotel has a 14-day cancellation policy. If the reservation is cancelled 14 days or greater prior to arrival date, any payments made will be refunded less a $75.00 administrative fee. If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival or if the guest is a no-show, the reservation is considered non-cancelable and non-refundable. Early departures from original reservation are subject to cancellation fee unless we are able to resell room(s). All guest rooms incur 7% sales and 6% occupancy tax, plus a $1.50 per room night Tourism Fee. CANCELLATION In the event blocked rooms were booked and deposits paid by the Patron hosting the event, so long as 21 days or more notice is provided to the hotel, then the amount paid less a $75 administration fee would be refunded to the Patron. With less than 21 days notice, the Patron would forfeit their deposit on the rooms.
