Cancellation Policy

Either Hotel or Group may cancel without cause upon written notice to the other party at any time prior to the Event. In the event Group cancels without cause, Group shall pay Hotel liquidated, plus applicable taxes. Applicable services charges will be added to the Cancellation Charges when cancellation occurs sixty (60) days or less prior to the first date of the Event.
