Our cancellation policy for group block reservations allows for flexibility while ensuring fair treatment for both guests and the hotel. Either the hotel or the group may cancel without cause upon written notice to the other party thirty days prior to the event, unless otherwise specified in the proposal for specific dates and groups. This policy ensures room availability for other guests while recognizing the potential need for changes in group plans.
