AS Monaco opened its new training centre in autumn 2022, an ultra-modern new facility providing the club’s players with optimum conditions in which to prepare. Located in La Turbie, just 10 minutes from Monaco, the centre has various spaces available to hire for private events (*subject to conditions): • Rooftop and dining area for buffet receptions (up to 200 people) • Auditorium with 100 seats.

THE ESPACE FONTVIEILLE (CHAPITEAU)

A large capacity event space within the Principality Since 1986 the Espace Fontvieille Chapiteau has been a “fixed” structure, a testament to the longevity of the landmark event for which it was designed at the behest of Prince Rainier III of Monaco, namely the Festival International du Cirque de Monte-Carlo, the world’s foremost celebration of the circus arts. Located in the western district of Monaco on land reclaimed from the sea, the Espace Fontvieille and its 8,665 m² of space is the ideal venue for hosting all kinds of events, from gala dinners and private evenings to shows and exhibitions, new car unveilings and product launches, sports events, and much more. LE CHAPITEAU - FACTS & FIGURES • 8,666 m² of floor space in total • 2,000 m² of usable space under the ‘big top’ tent • Outdoor esplanade of 3,000 m², with expansion opportunities • Concert hall with capacity for up to 3,800 spectators • Reception space with capacity for up to 1,500 guests in “dining” configuration, and 1,700 in “standing” configuration.

THE CARS COLLECTION OF HSH THE PRINCE OF MONACO

Prince Rainier III was a keen car enthusiast, and over the years acquired an impressive collection of vehicles. Hold your event in a truly unique, prestige setting surrounded by some of the world’s most beautiful and authentic classic cars. The collection has capacity for up to 600 guests in standing configuration. It is possible to privatize the collection for private events - exclusively during the evening.

Oceanographic Museum

Built into the very cliffside itself, perched 85 metres above the Mediterranean Sea, the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco can be found on Rock, just yards from the Prince’s Palace, and commands breathtaking sea views. It is a hugely prestigious setting for your events in the Principality of Monaco. Event spaces: • Capacity for up to 1,200 guests in standing configuration • The Conference Room on the ground floor can be converted into a reception space with capacity for up to 250 guests to enjoy a seated dinner in a magical setting • Elegant buffet receptions can be held in the aquarium areas • The terrace on the top floor of the museum offers 360° views of the sea and the Principality, and has 500 m2 of open space • On the first floor, there are three separate spaces (the Monaco and the Ocean space, Oceanomania, and the Mosaic space) with a total area of 1,390 m²

LA CONDAMINE MARKET

In a typically Mediterranean setting and a traditional Monegasque atmosphere, the Market Hall in La Condamine can be hired for private evening events. The Hall was fully refurbished in 2012 and is now home to new traders, with a vibrant new offering focused on conviviality and quality. La Condamine Market Hall can accommodate up to 600 people in standing configuration* (indoors). The Place d’Armes outside can also be hired privately for events for up to 1,500 people*. PLEASE NOTE : private hire is subject to conditions.

ESPACE LÉO FERRÉ

The Espace Léo Ferré is located at the Terrasses de Fontvieille, overlooking the port, at the foot of the Rock of Monaco. Equipped with a modular stage, the multipurpose hall is available to hire and has all of the facilities needed to stage spectacular shows, or host dinners, exhibitions, trade fairs, or meetings. THE ESPACE LÉO FERRÉ - FACTS AND FIGURES • The 1,800 m2 ground floor level includes the foyer, concert hall, bar area, and cloakroom • The 1,100 m² hall can accommodate up to 1,900 people standing, with various configurations possible (cocktail event, formal dinner, exhibition, etc.) • The upper level has 2 balconies with total capacity for up to 182 people seated, and a second bar area BREAKING NEWS : In 2025, the Espace Léo Ferré will move from its current location above the Fontvieille shopping mall to a new site at the Ilot Pasteur complex.
