The McNamara Alumni Center is a gorgeous event venue on the Minneapolis campus of the University of Minnesota. With ten unique rooms, accommodating 50 to 1500 people, the conference center is a popular Minneapolis venue for conferences, galas and wedding receptions. It's even been featured in a national car commercial and MTV music video. McNamara has many conveniences, including award-winning AV capabilities, adjacent 500-car parking ramp, tunnel connection to the Graduate Minneapolis Hotel, quick highway access and award-winning D’Amico Catering onsite. Nearly 500 events were held at McNamara in 2023, attended by nearly 63,000 people, and our average customer service rating was 4.9 out of 5.0.
