Cancellation If a booking for an event or part of a booking for an event (catering, facilities or other services) is cancelled after the signed Booking Contract has been received by us, the following scale of charges will become payable: Number of days prior to the event: 28 days or more 25% 22 days - 28 days 75% 21 days or less 100%
Facility Restrictions
We only have access to our bed space from the end of the first week in July until the beginning of September. During term time, we are limited to events that are for 60 or less.
