Cancellation Policy

Total cancellation of group/event If the Client cancels this agreement, and regardless of the cause of such cancellation, this must be communicated to the Hotel in writing and will be subject to the following conditions and cancellation fees: • From the signature of the contract and up to 90 days before the arrival date, 10% cancellation fees will apply. • Between 89 and 50 days before the arrival date, 25% cancellation fees will apply. • Between 49 and 30 days before the arrival date, 50 % cancellation fees will apply. • Between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date, 75% cancellation fees will apply. • From 14 days prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fees will apply. Partial cancellation of contracted services The number of rooms and other services contracted may be reduced by the Client, always in writing, subject to the following conditions: • From the signature of the contract and up to 90 days before the arrival date, the contracted services can be reduced by 30% free of charge. • Between 59 and 30 days before the arrival date, the contracted services can be reduced by 20% free of charge. • Between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date, the contracted services can be reduced by 10% free of charge. • From 14 days before the arrival date onwards, any cancellation will be penalized with 100% cancellation fee.
