Should the event be cancelled after the contract has been signed, the following charges apply: If cancelled more than 61 days before the function date: 50% of contracted banquet charges If cancelled more than 31-60 days before the function date: 75% of contract banquet charges If cancelled 30 days or less before the function date: 100% of contracted banquet charges
