Yes, Water bottles are now all boxed water, no plastic straws are available and all in-room amenities are refillable full size bottles.

We only allow usage by appointment for 1 hour. 1 room at a time. The fitness center is cleaned and sanitized between each appointment.

Yes, Between each guest. Each machine is wiped down, dumbbells etc. Fresh towels are replenished between guests.

Yes, All hard surface areas are disinfected with hospital grade disinfectant. Once a room is occupied pillows, duvets, covers, etc are all sent our for dry cleaning regardless of use.

Yes, We follow all local guidance. From Nov - Jan we were not able to have any F&B. Since stay-at-home order was lifted, we've reopened our restaurant at 50% capacity, with tables 6 ft apart (we do 10 ft) and outdoor only.
