Cancellation Policy

If Cancellation, or Postponement occurs within 9 months prior to the date of the Function, 50% of the applicable Room Hire Charges, plus any extra items requested on and after signing of the Contract, will be due and payable by the Client; If Cancellation, or Postponement occurs within 6 months to the date of the Function, 95% of the applicable Room Hire Charges, plus any extra items requested on and after signing of the Contract, will be due and payable by the Client.

We are a dry hire venue, we provide the tables, chairs, table cloths, cutlery, crockery and glassware. External suppliers are welcome to be brought it.
