Imparando has, for six years now, been successfully operating its Serviced Training Facility and Conference Rooms in central London providing soft-skills training and tech training facilities (PC Labs), arranged over 3 floors. We can also offer the latest technology in virtual training rooms; • Front-of-House/Registration Services • Full-time on-site Technical Support • Courseware • Image Management • High Spec Infrastructure and PC’s with Superfast Internet and Wi-Fi • VCL Rooms • Best Air Quality • Bespoke Catering Services • Highly discounted Hotel Accommodation via our partner agency The Facility also benefits from a £1.7M investment, and recently increased from 21 to 24 fully equipped rooms that can accommodate from 6 to 60 delegates with PCs. Imparando’s internet service is underpinned by two separate, but dedicated, 100Mbps secure fibre lines, with fail-safe redundancy, provided by 2 independent ISP’s. To differentiate also some areas that sets Imparando aside from the typical hotel/conference environment; 1. Onsite technical and operational support from start to finish 2. Delegate registration and attendance report to instructor 3. Escorting of all delegates to training room, security instructions and explanation of complementary kitchen refreshments 4. Courseware material delivery in advance to Imparando, and presented in training rooms prior to instructor/delegate arrivals 5. Printing and additional stationery services available on request (at cost)
