El hotel residence Toscana Verde ofrece un ambiente familiar e informal de estilo rústico. El hotel se fundó en el corazón de la campiña toscana, en una posición panorámica en una dulce colina que domina la fértil y verde llanura de Laterina, rodeado por un parque de 35.000 metros cuadrados, lleno de árboles centenarios que se conservan cuidadosamente. El complejo cuenta con 73 unidades, 60 habitaciones dobles divididas en 3 tipos y 10 suites y 2 junior. Todas las habitaciones tienen TV en color, calefacción y aire acondicionado regulables desde el interior. El edificio cuenta con 18 apartamentos alquilados semanalmente en la fórmula RESIDENCIA. El hotel cuenta con una sala de conferencias equipada con modernas instalaciones para reuniones de negocios.
