Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: The client has no contractual right of withdrawal. The cancellation of rooms by the client is possible free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival. Afterwards the following cancellation conditions apply. 75% of the rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival. 50% of the rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival. 25% of rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival. 10% of the rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. For the remaining rooms, we will charge 80% of the hotel room price per room and day. In case of later cancellations or non-utilization, including by participants, we charge 100% of the hotel room price including the Schloss Elmau flat rate per room and day. The customer is entitled to prove that the hotel has suffered no or only minor damage.
