Spring, Summer & Fall Reservations Deposit Policy: A 1 (one) nights lodging deposit is due upon booking your reservation. The final payment is due 7 days prior to your arrival and will be deducted from the same credit card unless the Vail Racquet Club is notified otherwise. Cancellation Policy: If a deposited reservation is canceled 8 or more days prior to arrival, all money collected will be refunded less a $50 handling fee. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. Summer reservations made within 7 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking and are non-refundable. Winter Reservations - Holiday Season (Christmas/New Years) Deposit Policy: A 1 (one) nights lodging deposit is due upon booking your reservation. The final payment is due November 1st. Final balance will be charged to same credit card given for deposit unless Vail Racquet Club is notified otherwise. Cancellation Policy: If a deposited reservation is canceled prior to November 1st, all money collected will be refunded less a $100 handling fee. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled on or after November 1st. Holiday Season reservations made after November 1st require full payment at time of booking and are non-refundable. If reservations are cancelled between time of booking and 30 days prior all funds will be refunded less a $100. cancel fee. Holiday Reservations cancelled after November 1st are non-refundable. Winter Reservations - Non-Holiday Deposit Policy: A 1 (one) nights lodging deposit is due upon booking your reservation. The final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Final balance will be charged to same credit card given for deposit unless Vail Racquet Club is notified otherwise. Cancellation Policy: If a deposited reservation is cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival, all money collected will be refunded less a $100 handling fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. Winter Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking and are non-refundable.
