The cancellation fee is based on the date (Japan Standard Time) when the change or cancellation has been accepted by the hotel. ・No-show : 100% of accommodation fee ・On date of arrival : 80% of accommodation fee ・One day prior to date of arrival : 20% of accommodation fee ※Please note that this cancellation policy applies for all rates unless otherwise specified under rate/plan description.
