The American Hotel is the only hotel which is part of the Thermal Park of Albanian Spezzano, surrounded by a forest of pines and eucalyptus trees over 10 hectares. Built at the end of the 50s, is now renovated and has modern buildings. We have 44 rooms in a main building of 2 floors with 51 residential units in the annex hotel (Bellavista and Vallesaro) on 3 floors, just 15 meters. The Halls Receptions with adjacent terrace are the ideal venue for Wedding Banquets, Receptions, Cocktails and Gala Dinners. The Conference Center of the American Hotel consists of 3 Meeting modular and multifunctional who have a minimum capacity of 12 people and a maximum capacity of 290 people.
