With 69 newly-renovated guestrooms set within a lush, six-acre property, MacArthur Place offers natural luxury and farmhouse charm in the heart of Sonoma, making it a premier meeting and event destination in Northern California. Ideal for team meetings, executive retreats, and off-site gatherings, we offer a variety of meeting space options ranging from 5,400 square feet of contemporary indoor meeting space to outdoor space in our beautifully landscaped, historic gardens. Our newly designed “Coach House” features three elegant and well-appointed salons that can be combined for 2,305 square feet of versatile gathering space, ideal for a 150 guest banquet or 100 person conference. At the heart of the property sits our lovingly-restored 150-year-old barn, which houses two additional meeting spaces as well as our signature Mediterranean "farm kitchen" restaurant, Layla.

In addition to modern indoor and verdant outdoor meeting spaces across our six-acre property, we’ve designed a suite of mindful offerings — including yoga, kombucha-making, tea tasting and team-building — to support sensory awakening, personal connection and, of course, productivity.
