Meetings and Events menus at The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco and throughout the hotel are driven by sustainability and seasonality in the Northern California region. Following the goals of The Ritz-Carlton Strategy for Environmental Responsibility, we also partner with Copia to ensure that 99% of the hotel's surplus food is donated to a local nonprofit in need and also feature an on-site Chef’s Herb Garden in order to reduce food waste and to engage and inspire employees and guests in the hotel’s conservation efforts.
