Group Cancel Policy: Within seventy-two (72) hours of the groups date, the above credit card will be charged for 100% of your reservations, including room and tax, for the total number of room nights cancelled. Individual Cancel Policy…… Individual Cancel Policy: *Within seventy-two (72) hours of the arrival date, Individual guests will be charged for 100% of their reservation including room and tax for the total number of room nights cancelled. Individual Change Policy: *Within seventy-two (72) hours of the arrival date, individuals making changes and arriving late or departing early will be charged. Late arrivals and or no shows will be charge 100% of the group rate per day and non commissionable. Early departures will be charged 50% of the group rate per day and non commissionable.
