• Straws are not provided. • We do not use plastic food containers for takeout. • The use of plastic wristbands for guest identification has been eliminated, opting instead for handcrafted organic bracelets. • Installation of large dispensers in rooms for bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion). • Elimination of water bottles and implementation of water pitchers. • Installation of water dispensers in hallways.

We have a linen washing program. Upon check-out of each room, all items are removed and replaced with previously washed and disinfected items.

Only the internal capacity of each dining area. The seating in the restaurants is related to the type of service. • Buffet: 180 pax per seating • À la carte: 24-30 pax per seating per hour • Blend (walk-in restaurant): 45-60 pax per seating
