Offering first class conference facilities you’d expect from a city centre location, but with some of the UK’s most picturesque surroundings in place of the crowded urban environment. The North Lakes Hotel & Spa is situated on the edge of the beautiful Lake District, at J40 of the M6 and offers great access to all travellers, whether by road or rail. Penrith station, is on the West Coast London - Glasgow mainline and is just 0.5 miles from the hotel. We offer free on-site parking for up to 150 cars, plus our dedicated staff will ensure that any corporate visitors don’t get held up looking for where they need to be. We have 6 EV charging points and offer disabled parking. Our meeting rooms are as fresh as the outdoors, all providing natural daylight, comfortable leather seating, free Superfast wi-fi, water is provided on the table and replenished as well as, notepads, pencils and sweets as standard. We have 10 modern meeting rooms, of varying sizes and are capable of hosting events for 2 or 200 delegates. Our Helvellyn and Blencathra Meeting Suites have had a first class makeover, so use our business lounge offering unlimited refreshments throughout your day and you can have a totally flexible agenda. Arrive and settle in the business lounge area, read one of the business magazines, enjoy a piece of breakfast flapjack and a smoothie. Then, in the afternoon indulge in a homemade cookie or other naughty treats. In between, enjoy a delicious 2 course hot & cold buffet lunch. On the catering front, we think we have covered everything. For over 30 years, we've built a reputation for warm, welcoming hospitality and attentive service – we look forward to seeing you soon.

Complementing our conference and meeting facilities, are our 84 guest rooms. Offering comfortable standard rooms, spacious signature rooms and classic suites. So, if you are staying for a residential event, we can ensure you have a very enjoyable stay. In addition to the facilities you would expect of a modern day room, our suites also offer Bose sound systems and Nespresso Coffee makers. Our superb spa facilities allow you to re-energise after a tiring day and offer a pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, gym and spinning studio.
