In the event of partial cancellation, the costs incurred by the Customer shall be limited to the penalties defined below. The Customer is informed that the cancellation percentages without charge, as well as the compensation apply to the total amount of the Contract including VAT. Any cancellation in addition to those authorised without charge shall result in the invoicing of penalties calculated on the basis of the total amount of the Event including VAT, less the deposit already paid on the cancellation date and as defined in the attached schedule. Each request will be based on the new quota. The cancellation percentages accepted without charge as set out in the schedule below are cumulative up to a limit of 30% of the total amount of the Contract. - 120 days before D-day => 30% cancellable free of fees - 119 - 60 days before D-day => 20% cancellable free of fees - 59 - 30 days before D-day => 10% cancellable free of fees - 29 - 6 days before D-day => 5% cancellable free of fees - 5 to Day-D => 0 % cancellable free of fees
