Cancellation Policy * Final numbers of guests for event to be given 3 business days prior to the event *Final charges based on the number of guaranteed or the actual attendance. (Whichever is greater) *50% of the balance is due two weeks before the event. *Remaining balance due prior to the date of the event. *Termination of a event cancelled within 3 business days of an event, 100% of the event is charged to the client. If written cancellation of an event is received more than 60 days prior to the event, 100% of the deposit received will be returned to the client. If event is cancelled within 30 days prior to the event, client will be charged 25% of the estimated Food & Beverage costs associated. If the event is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the event, client will be charged 50% of the estimated Food & Beverage costs. If the event is cancelled within 3 business days of an event, 100% of the event is charged to the client.
