Shangri-La Hotel, Qufu, is located in the heart of a historical township. Known as the "sacred city" of the East, Qufu is one of China's most famous historical and cultural cities. With more than 2,500 years of history, the city charms with its characteristic antiquity and architecture from past dynasties. There are 184 protected historical sites, and the Temple of Confucius, the Cemetery of Confucius and the Kong Family Mansion have been listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites since 1994. The hotel offers 325 luxurious guestrooms and suites that overlook the river, city and the vibrant hotel garden. The hotel is designed based on the Confucian philosophy of Six Arts, creating a perfect blend of tradition and contemporary elegance. Home to the city's largest five-star conference and meeting space, it boasts more than 3,889 sqm of elegant function rooms. These include the city’s largest ballroom, which can accommodate up to 1,250 guests.
