Cancellation Charges: Any notice to cancel a Booking or to reduce the number of attendees must be made in writing. Any cancellations communicated outside of business hours (09.00 – 17.00 GMT) shall be classed as being made the next working day for the purposes of calculating the relevant cancellation charge(s) payable and/or recalculation of food & beverage costs (as applicable). In the event of cancellation, the following amounts shall be retained by the Venue as a cancellation charge: From receipt of signed Contract 25% of the Total Cost 90 days prior to the arrival date of the Booking = 50% of the Total Cost 30 days prior to the arrival date of the Booking =100% of the Total Cost
