Sledmere House is located in Driffield, England. Sledmere House provides a wonderful venue for weddings, conferences and many other special occasions. We take pride in offering a custom made package to meet your own special requirements. The House and Grounds are not normally open to visitors on Saturdays allowing wedding and other parties to enjoy exclusive use. We are licensed to hold civil wedding ceremonies in three of the principal state rooms; The Library, Main Hall and Drawing Room. Full of history and charm, Sledmere House provides a perfect setting and backdrop for any wedding photo album. Experienced staff will guide and assist you throughout your day and the Events Co-coordinator will work alongside you throughout the whole process, from your initial enquiry right through to the finer details of your wedding day.

Exclusively yours for the day, you and your guests can take in the grandeur of the parkland and gardens and admire the beauty of the House which exudes a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Drinks can be enjoyed on the Terrace before moving into the Dining Room to be seated for your meal. Catering is generally offered in the settings shown below: Dining Room - 70 capacity Marquee - 70 capacity + Buffet meal in the House - 110 capacity
