The Company may cancel the group in writing and will be subject to the following terms: If the notice is received before 30 days, the company will be charged 50% of the total contracted rooms and banquet revenue. If the notice is received before 15 days, the company will be charged 80% of the total contracted rooms and banquet revenue. If the notice is received before 7 days, the company will be charged of 100% of the total contracted rooms and banquet revenue.
