On the National Register of Historic Places this 17-story high-rise was originally built in 1906 by Coca-Cola magnate Asa Griggs Candler, The premier 4 Star meetings and events destination for guests seeking a personalized experience. As Atlanta’s first steel skyscraper and the original headquarters of the Coca-Cola Company and Central Bank & Trust. The hotel honors its past by retaining the original buildings iconic lobby and Beaux-Arts details. The hotel offers 265 brand new guestrooms and suites with in-room amenities such as 55" Smart TV’s, mini-refrigerators, large work desks and laptop-size safe. Onsite amenities include complimentary WiFi, business center and fitness center with Peloton bikes. The hotel’s full-service restaurant By George offers full service from breakfast through dinner. Ideal for small and medium size groups and meetings, The Candler offers 6,000 square feet of brand-new event space with full service AV.

When Candler’s impressive 17-story skyscraper finally debuted, it was a breathtaking sight to behold. Christened as the “Candler Building,” it featured some of the finest amenities and design aesthetics of its day. Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
