Hotel Calabona is located in the Calabona district of southern Alghero, at the start of the panoramic road that leads to Bosa. The hotel looks out across the so-called ’Coral Riviera’ (’Riviera del Corallo’ in Italian) and affords a spectacular view over the Capo Caccia promontory. Hotel Calabona is the ideal venue for your business meetings, conferences and courses. The hotel includes a modern, modular, air-conditioned conference hall that can seat up to 380 delegates, as well as small rooms seating between 10 and 200, which can be laid out to match the specific requirements of each event. There is also an administrative area, located in front of the main conference rooms. Special backdrops, exhibition areas, slide rooms and press rooms can be set up on request, and hostess services and simultaneous interpreting are also available. Any special equipment you may require can also be supplied.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
