This hotel has 129 one, two and three bedroom suites plus 93 king standard rooms, we do not have rooms with two beds and roll away beds are not offered. Our business consists of mostly leisure transit guests with some meeting and incentive travel. The only industry in Key West is tourism while there are also a number of Navy and Coast Guard installations so most business travel is of the per diem nature. The suites are very popular with incentive group as they all have a gourmet kitchen with sub zero refrigerator freezer, living room, dining room, balcony and much more..

We have 129 one, two and three bedroom presidential suites with gourmet kitchens with sub zero refrigerator freezer, living room, dinning room, balcony, spa tubs all marble floors and much more plus 93 king standard rooms. The three bedroom suites have three bedrooms and three bathrooms This hotel does not have double/double rooms. Rates are based per room not single or double occupancy.

The air service into Key West has improved with the addition of a number of non stop cities including Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, DFW, DCA, Houston LGA, Nashville Newark, Philly and Miami which has made Key West more affordable to travel to.
