Facility Restrictions

Decorations, set-up and / or teardown are permitted in and around the Ballroom, Function Rooms, Poolside and the foyer area given that prior agreement or consent has been obtained by the representative of the hotel. The decorations, set-up and / or teardown has to be conducted in the presence of the banquet associate. The work should be completed before 12 midnight for events at (Ballroom, Function Rooms and foyer) and no work should be done from 6:00pm to the following day 10:00am for poolside event. The contractor / representative has to register at the Loss Prevention Office before entering the hotel property. Any set-up and / or teardown must be carried out in an appropriate manner. Damages, breakages and losses resulting from the above are subject to compensation and claims made by the hotel from the client hosting the event. Teardown is required to be carried out immediately after the event by the client. Should the teardown duration exceeds 2 hours, a teardown charge is applicable.
