Except as otherwise agreed, the following cancellation policy applies; • Initial deposit of 20% is non-refundable. • Within 120 days of arrival, 50% of the Estimated Expenditure of the event will be charged as a cancellation fee. • Within 90 days of arrival, 75% of the Estimated Expenditure of the event will be charged as a cancellation fee. • Within 60 days of arrival, 100% of the Estimated Expenditure of the event will be charged as a cancellation fee.
