A locally made movie which has been captured on 35mm film from a helicopter skip over a number of years. This boasts time lapse pictures from Milford, Doubtful and Dusky sounds. It is 32 minutes long and in a fully licensed theater.

The Te Anau glow worm caves are a must do while in Te Anau. You pick the boat up from off the lakefront in the centre of town. You head across the second biggest lake in New Zealand up to the caves where you disembark the boat and enter some smaller boats. You are then given a guided tour around the caves from on the boat. You are also given a brief history of the caves and Te Anau itself. It is a 2 hour trip and a very worthwhile one.
