Conference room rental requires a 50% rental deposit at the time of reservation, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, the entire amount is due at time of booking. Cancellations prior to 30 days of meeting date will incur a $200 cancellation fee. Cancellations 30 days prior to meeting date are non-refundable.
