Kindly note that the cancellation policies below are our standard policies, we would be pleased to be more flexible depending on your event and the dates requested. FULL CANCELLATION: A full cancellation of the event will generate cancellation fees as follow: - until 180 days before arrival: 10% of the contracted amount ; - between 179 and 121 days before arrival: 30% of the contracted amount ; - between 120 and 91 days before arrival: 50% of the contracted amount ; - between 90 and 31 days before arrival: 70% of the contracted amount ; - between 30 and 9 days before arrival: 90% of the contracted amount ; - less than 8 days before arrival : 100% of the contracted amount ; REDUCTION IN NUMBERS: In the event that you reduce your guest room requirements between the date of the signing of this agreement and the dates stated below no withdrawal fees will be due. The percentages below are not applicable on a cumulative basis. Days before arrival /Reduction in numbers allowed without withdrawal fees due: - More than 180 days before arrival / 90% of original daily block per room type - 179-121 days before arrival/70% of original daily block per room type - 120-91 days before arrival/50% of original daily block per room type - 90-31 days before arrival /30% of original daily block per room type - 30-15 days before arrival /5% of original daily block per room type - Less than 14 days before arrival /0% of original daily block per room type In the event that you reduce your guest room requirements beyond the levels set out above you shall pay the Hotel as withdrawal fees a monetary amount equal to the difference between the percentage of original daily block per room type noted above and the percentage reduction of original daily block per room type that you notify to us, calculated on a per room type basis. In case of attrition, the percentage of rooms cancelled will apply to the meeting space as well. The hotel will not be obliged to keep the meeting space originally contracted if the room block has substantially reduced. Rates and conditions of this contract are applicable on a minimum of 10 rooms per night.
