Between our fully enclosed Hutton Hall or our open-air Lidgerwood and Butler Pavilions there are thousands of square feet of meeting space available to design around your program's needs. Our 1853 Historical Edgewood Mansion is also another perfect location for a group to meet and gather. Explore the opportunity for your group to enjoy meals on property provided by our amazing culinary team for the duration of your event. Hutton Brickyards holds the liquor license for the property and is exclusively responsible for any beverage packages you may wish to integrate. Our 100 acres is an imaginative and relaxing retreat, and I can work with you on considering activities such as our onsite spa and sauna barrels, yoga and sound bath, a guided nature walk, archery and other seasonal related activities to enjoy on campus.

--In the event of full or partial abandonment without notice of the Group booking or rooms associated with the booking, the Group will be charged in full for the reserved stay on a room and tax basis. Group or guests within the Group that depart prior to their scheduled departure date will be subject to an early departure fee equal to the night's room fee plus tax. --The group will be financially responsible for any rooms canceled by Guests prior to their stay regardless of reason, regardless of time --There are no refunds for shortened stays or later arrivals. Failure to show up for a room reservation will result in a no-show fee equal to the entire stay. --Hutton Brickyards is relying upon the groups use of the Room Night Commitment. The group agrees that a loss will be incurred by Hutton Brickyards if the groups actual usage is less than 80% of the Room Night Commitment. Rooms picked up by the group outside the room block will not count towards the Room Night Commitment. --If the groups actual usage is less than 80% of the Room Night Commitment, the group agrees to pay, as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, the difference between 80% of the Room Night Commitment and the groups actual usage, multiplied by the average group room rate. --If the event is cancelled by the group after the Agreement is signed, the following cancellations fees will be applicable as referenced below ---First deposit is only refundable in full for 7 days after the Agreement is signed. First deposit and subsequent deposits will be applied first to the total cancellation fees due hereunder and any balance shall be returned to the group. ---6 Months or more before the first event date a cancelation fee equivalent to 50% of the Estimated Charges ---6 Months or less before the first event date a cancelation fee equivalent to 100% of the Estimated Charges --Hutton Brickyards reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, minimum participant requirements not met). In such cases, a full refund will be provided

Accommodations at The Brickyards is composed of 30 single King & Queen cabins, each thoughtfully designed to offer serene privacy and optimal river views. Additionally, we have 1 Cottage that is a 2-bedroom unit with a shared bath, wet-bar and living space area, as well as its own privatized patio. Our adjacent property Edgewood Mansion offers an additional 9 single king & queen rooms and 3 executive suites.
