Meeting planner feedback: Lisa: You played a major part in our meeting being such a success. You made your self available whenever, where ever, and whatever time. Responding to emails, phone calls or text at 11:30 pm or 5 am in the morning to stopping by every morning just to say “hi”. Printing out and hand delivering Certs and ski maps and anything else we would request last minute……. You always came through. You’re Brilliant, you truly know the real meaning of customer service. Thank you and your Team for such a magical event! Your staff was welcoming, attentive and extremely accommodating! Our favorite part was the Sleigh Ride Dinner as I am so glade you helped us make that decision it was even better than imagined.
