CANCELLATION POLICY ASTRID CENTRE HOTEL INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS (= max. 5 rooms) NO-SHOW In any case of No - Show (=non arrival of the reserved room/guest), the first night will be billed, without any exception. LATE CANCELLATIONS All cancellations within 24 hours before arrival (=the day of arrival), the first night will be billed, without any exception. GROUP BOOKINGS (= from 5 rooms) The Group conditions start from 5 rooms. The number of people or the rate does not come into consideration. NO-SHOW In any case of No - Show (=non arrival of the reserved room/guest), all nights will be billed, without any exception. LATE CANCELLATIONS Till 30 days before arrival: no cancellation penalty - 30 till 21 days before arrival: 25 % of all requested services will be billed - 21 till 14 days before arrival: 50 % of all requested services will be billed - 14 till 7 days before arrival: 75 % of all requested services will be billed - 07 days before arrival: all services will be billed (10 % flexibility)
