Located at the corner of Brookfield Road and Branton Street, the Kenmore Community Meeting Place is available for hire. The hall is managed by Brisbane City Council and can be hired by individuals or community groups on a casual or regular basis. The center 1 has 3 meeting rooms meeting room 1, meeting room 2 and meeting room 3. It also offers a covered outdoor area. Center 2 offers 2 meeting rooms.
