The Merchant Hotel is the only AA 5 Red Star hotel in Northern Ireland and is situated in the heart of Belfast city’s historic Cathedral Quarter within walking distance to the main shops, bars, restaurants and visitor experiences. The Great Room Restaurant, located in the original banking hall is the jewel in the crown of the hotel, it is home to our fine dining 2AA Rosette restaurant and where guests enjoy breakfast. Berts Bar is Belfast’s only dedicated jazz bar with a French bistro style menu.
